What Comes Up Most
Four things, and none of them is the price. People write about the detail, the layout, the crew and how the space is used afterwards, which is a fair summary of what a good outdoor build actually changes.
Counters, appliances, fixings and edges come up repeatedly. They are the parts people touch every day.
Understanding what was wanted, and being the same faces from the drawing to the last day, is mentioned as often as the build itself.
Cooking, entertaining and simply sitting outside come up far more than materials do. That is the point of the work.
Several reviews describe a space that did not obviously work before it was drawn.

Reading Reviews
Look for the specifics. A review that names the space, the problem and what changed tells you more than a rating does, and it is far harder to fake.
A review naming a countertop, a layout or a difficult corner is describing a real job. One that only says excellent is describing nothing.
We will bring photographs of the projects closest to your own street to the consultation, and you are welcome to ask about any of them.
Reviews tell you about the experience. Residential License # 890459 and Commercial License # 3667 tell you about the standing.

The Honest Version
Reviews are evidence of how a job went for someone else. They are not a price, a schedule or a guarantee, and we would rather set that out plainly.
| What you want to know | What reviews tell you | What they cannot tell you |
|---|---|---|
| Will they turn up and finish | Repeated mentions of the same crew from start to finish. | What your particular week will look like. That comes from the schedule after the site visit. |
| Is the work any good | Specific detail about surfaces, layouts and finishes. | How your ground will behave. Two yards on one street can differ. |
| What will it cost | Nothing reliable, and we would not want them to. | Your figure. That follows a free site assessment. |
| How long does it last | Impressions from the months or years since a build. | A warranty term. We do not publish one we have not tested. |
| Will they understand what I want | Several reviews describe exactly that, on difficult spaces. | Whether your idea is realistic on your lot. The first visit answers that. |
The most useful review is the one nearest your own project. Ask at the consultation and we will bring the work closest to what you are planning, along with a free estimate built from your ground.

Tell us, and tell the next customer. Feedback after a build is how the next design gets better, and it is the only part of the process we cannot do ourselves.
The first season after a build is when you learn most about how the space actually gets used.
A surface that needs more attention than expected is worth knowing. It changes what we recommend to the next household.
A photograph of the yard being used tells the next customer more than a rating does.
