Service Areas
Every service we offer is available in every city on this page, and the ground is the only thing that changes between them.
Where We Build
All fourteen listed here. From New Orleans and Metairie across the west bank and the north shore, out to Hammond and Baton Rouge. Follow any city for what the ground there does to an outdoor build.
The Four Grounds
Four ways, and it matters more than the distance between them. A yard in Gretna at zero feet behind a levee is a different job from one in Baton Rouge at forty-six feet, even though both get the same rain.
Gretna, Harahan, River Ridge, LaPlace and St. Rose sit at or near sea level behind a levee. Drainage is man-made and it is the first decision on every build.
Metairie and Kenner sit on low, flat ground near Lake Pontchartrain, with a water table close enough to show up in the first spade of any footing.
Mandeville, Covington, Madisonville and Slidell sit on sandier, slightly higher ground carrying pine and live oak, which drains better and shades more.
Hammond at thirty-nine feet and Baton Rouge at forty-six have real natural fall to work with, which widens what a yard there can do.
Coverage
By whether we can reach your street inside a working day and still do the job properly. The fourteen cities are the honest answer to that, and we would rather say no than quote for travel.
A build on the edge of a city is no different from one in the middle. The lot decides the work, not the postcode.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Every city on this page sits inside that, which is exactly why the list stops where it does.
Residential License # 890459 and Commercial License # 3667 cover every city here, across four parishes.
We will say so rather than stretch. If you are just beyond the list, call anyway and we will tell you honestly whether it works.

The Honest Version
The same five services are built differently depending on which of the four grounds they stand on. This is the short version of what changes.
| Ground | What it does | What the build has to answer |
|---|---|---|
| River and levee, at or near sea level | Almost no natural fall, and a drainage picture that is entirely man-made. | Levels taken on site, drains and sloping designed before any surface is chosen. |
| Low ground beside the lake | A high water table and constant damp off the water. | Framing, fixings and finishes specified for sustained moisture rather than for a drier state. |
| North shore, sandier and higher | Better drainage, the same rainfall, and mature pine and oak over most lots. | Structures placed around roots, with footings kept clear of the ones that matter. |
| Inland, tens of feet up | Real natural fall, and firmer ground for bases and footings. | Using the fall that is there rather than fighting it, and checking it runs the right way. |
| All four | Heavy rainfall and a long hot season, everywhere. | Shade planned with the build, and drainage designed rather than assumed. |
Same five services, same licences, in all fourteen. What changes between them is the ground, not the standard. Every project in every city gets a free estimate after a site assessment.

Getting to You
A short conversation about what the yard is doing, then a visit at a time that suits you. We take the levels, look at where rain currently stands and leave you with a figure built from your lot.
There is no charge for the site assessment and nothing owed afterwards, in any of the fourteen cities.
Nothing useful about your ground can be established from an address, which is why we do not price over the phone.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and you are told the order of the stages before the first one starts.
Services
All five, everywhere. There is no city on this page where part of the range is unavailable, and no service that is only offered near the office.

The things people ask most about coverage before booking a visit.
The estimate is free everywhere on this page, and the price is built from the work and the ground rather than from the drive. If a location genuinely does not work, we say so rather than pricing around it.
Call and ask. We will give you an honest answer rather than stretching the list, because a job we cannot service properly helps neither of us.
Yes. Mandeville, Covington, Madisonville and Slidell get exactly the same five services as the south shore, under the same licences.
Yes. Gretna sits at zero feet behind a levee and Baton Rouge at forty-six feet on a bluff. The same deck is a different job in each.
The one you live in. Each page covers what that ground does, the neighbouring communities we also build in, and the local detail that changes a build there.
We hold Commercial License # 3667 alongside the residential one, and both cover every city listed here.
It depends on the week rather than on the city. We schedule Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Yes. A build on the edge of one city is no different from one in the middle of it; the lot decides the work.

Next Step
Tell us which city you are in and what the yard is doing after heavy rain. The consultation and the estimate both cost nothing.
