Consultation and Vision
Levels, drainage and how you want to use the space, taken on site rather than assumed from an address.

Services
Decks, patios, outdoor kitchens, pergolas and gazebos, and sunrooms, across fourteen cities in Greater New Orleans and the north shore.
What We Build
Five, and a service-area page that lists every city we work in. Each one has its own page covering how the build runs, what the ground has to do first and what the finished space will ask of you.

A level, usable surface where the ground will not cooperate, with the upkeep of wood and composite weighed against this climate.
Learn more
A grill, the counter and storage around it, and the gas, water and power that have to reach the island.
Learn more
Hard surfaces set to drain properly on flat ground, sized for the furniture and the number of people you want to seat.
Learn more
Shade where the afternoon sun makes a space unusable, set on footings that hold in this ground.
Learn more
An enclosed room that keeps the daylight and the view while shutting out the heat, the rain and the insects.

Learn moreChoosing
Usually the one that solves the problem you already have. A yard that will not drain, a space nobody sits in after June, or a kitchen that keeps the host indoors each point at a different build.
A deck. It solves levels and soft ground that paving cannot, and it is the reason most decks here get built.
A patio. Concrete, pavers or stone over a properly prepared base, with the falls built in rather than hoped for.
A pergola or a gazebo. Shade is what turns a surface nobody stands on into one that gets used across far more of the year.
An outdoor kitchen, with the gas, water and power planned at design stage.
A sunroom, from a patio enclosure through to a fully insulated four-season room.

Every Project
A free site assessment, a design drawn for your ground, licensed work and one team throughout. The drainage decision comes first on every one of them, because it is what everything else stands on.
We walk the lot and price the work from what is there. No charge, and nothing owed afterwards.
Where the water goes decides the base, and the base decides how the finished surface ages.
Residential License # 890459 and Commercial License # 3667, with the detailing checked during the build rather than at handover.
How It Runs
The same three stages in the same order, on a small patio and on a full outdoor kitchen. The scale changes; the sequence does not.
Levels, drainage and how you want to use the space, taken on site rather than assumed from an address.
The space is drawn and the materials are chosen, with the trade-offs put in front of you before anything is ordered.
Base and drainage first, then the structure, then the finish, with the work checked as it progresses.

The Honest Version
Each of the five answers a different complaint. Reading across the table is usually faster than reading five pages, and it is how most first conversations start.
| Service | The problem it solves | What it asks of you |
|---|---|---|
| Outdoor home decks | Ground that will not cooperate: soft, uneven or below the door. | Wood wants regular sealing; composite wants far less. The frame underneath wants nothing if it was built right. |
| Patios | Ground that can be prepared, and a surface that has to drain. | Occasional jointing and edge restraint. Pavers lift and go back; concrete is patched. |
| Outdoor kitchens | Hosting that keeps the cook inside while everyone sits out. | Surfaces and storage that live outdoors all year, and services planned before the island is built. |
| Pergolas and gazebos | A space that is unusable through the middle of the day. | Clearing the slats or keeping the roof drainage clear. Footings ask nothing once they are set. |
| Sunrooms | Weather, heat and insects that stop a space being used at all. | An honest decision at design stage about how much of the year it has to work. |
The five are rarely bought one at a time. Most projects combine two or three, and drawn together they share one base and one set of services. Every one of them gets a free estimate after a site assessment.
Scope
We would rather say this up front than halfway through a quote. We build outdoor living structures and the ground they stand on, and there are jobs that sit outside that.
Planting, lawns and irrigation are their own trade. We plan the build around what is there and coordinate where it matters.
Greater New Orleans, the north shore, Hammond and Baton Rouge. Outside that we would be quoting for travel rather than for the work.
No figure before a site visit. On this ground the lot decides the price more than the drawing does.
